Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, if you are new to creatine monohydrate and/or HMB, start by mixing 1 level scoop with 200 ml of water and consume preferably after your workout. Given the impossibility of obtaining proper dosages through diet, it's crucial for every serious athlete to supplement it at clinical doses.

It does that by increases your muscles stores of phosphocreatine, a compound readily converted to ATP. BOOSTS PROTEIN SYNTHESIS

The increased energy availability from creatine and HMB also triggers muscle growth by signalling protein synthesis and reducing muscle breakdown. They do that by increasing levels of IGF-1, a growth factor crucial for muscle protein synthesis and activating mTOR, a key protein complex regulating protein synthesis.
