Mix in a blender or a shaker cup 50 g (2 scoops) of Protein Pancakes, 100 ml skim milk, and an egg and make a batter having the consistency of traditional pancake batter.

TIPS

Serve with a topping of low glycaemic index fruit: blueberries, strawberries, other berries. For an even more delicious taste, add a teaspoon of iSpread or Peanut Butter. 

This product can be used to prepare waffles.
